As our newest member to the team, Rhonda brings twelve years of sales and marketing experience to Williams & Dame.  Prior to joining WDD, Ms. Slavik was the Director of Urban Marketing for the Ryness Company where she was instrumental in the development of their “Event Launch” concept for urban projects.  During her tenure with Ryness, Ms. Slavik became known in the urban real estate community for her innovative and creative approaches to marketing and sales strategies.  Her career in the sales and marketing arena is rooted in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter where she was involved in the redevelopment of retail and entertainment venues.  Ms. Slavik then worked on real estate projects in San Diego’s Marina District and East Village before moving on to projects in downtown Los Angeles.
