Lisa joined Williams & Dame Development in August of 2004 as a Project Assistant and Document Control Specialist. She is also the Executive Assistant to Homer Williams, Chairman of WDD. Among the myriad of her accountabilities, Lisa is primarily responsible for assisting Homer, document control and administrative support for the company's key projects. Prior to joining WDD, she was employed with Nike, Inc. in their Investor Relations department. From 1996 through 2003, Lisa worked in various capacities for the investment banking industry, obtaining her Series 7 license with the NASD in September 1996 while in the employ of Black & Company (now part of Wells Fargo Securities). In 1998, Lisa joined Needham & Company, a New York-based investment bank, as one of the original members to open the Portland office - which completed over 25 financings and advisory transactions valued at nearly $2 billion. In addition to her securities license, Lisa holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming and is an active member in her community of Sherwood, Oregon.
