Jim has provided development management services that have been vital to the success of WDD projects such as Broken Top, Hoyt Street Yards, South Waterfront and South Park, among other projects. As a consultant to WDD and a licensed engineer in Oregon, Washington and Virginia, Jim has been instrumental in helping to negotiate and manage several complicated public-private partnership development agreements for WDD, and has a depth of experience in planning, design and construction capacity for major site developments, industrial projects, major municipal infrastructure projects and resort developments.
