Damon focuses on raising the capital associated with financing WDD’s real estate development projects and has been instrumental in raising in excess of $1.5 billion of equity and debt since the fall of 2003.  Prior to joining WDD, Damon was a Vice President at Needham & Company and project leader for the Needham Portland office, where he completed more than 25 financings and advisory transactions valued at nearly $2 billion.  Damon has also worked as a corporate business development analyst with Mentor Graphics and as a senior equity research analyst at Black & Company (now part of Wells Fargo Securities).  Mr. Yuzon earned an MS in Industrial Administration (MBA) from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Finance.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
