Dina brings over 11 years of experience working on a variety of transactional real estate matters with an emphasis on joint ventures, structured finance and public/private partnerships. In the last five years, Dina focused her legal practice on urban infill re-development work for WDD. She retains a leading role managing the public/private partnership in Portland’s South Waterfront Central District. Dina was instrumental in negotiating the financing for South Waterfront’s infrastructure, including the Portland Aerial Tram and an extension of Portland’s Streetcar, using a variety of methods including system development charges, local improvement districts, tax increment and private financing. Dina has also worked on public/private partnerships in Northern and Southern California. Prior to joining the WDD team, Dina was a Partner at Ball Janik LLP. Dina is a member of the bar and has practiced law in Oregon, California and Washington. She graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1996, where she was a member of the Willamette Law Review. In 2007, Dina was named a runner-up in Portland’s Top 40 Under 40. Dina is a frequent speaker at real estate seminars in Oregon.
