Los Angeles is writing a new chapter in their downtown development, and WDD and Gerding/Edlen Development (GED) have partnered to help build the future of this brilliant city. Through a joint venture, called The South Group, WDD and GED share a vision for transforming South Park into a vibrant neighborhood guiding the long-term vitality and resurgence of the downtown core. The first three residential mixed-use projects, Elleven, Luma and Evo, are underway with the first project ready for occupancy in Spring 2006.
