In the last decade, WDD has overseen the development of three residential communities in Bend, Oregon. Beginning with the highly successful development of the Broken Top community, and continuing with Skyliner Summit at Broken Top and The Highlands at Broken Top, WDD has managed the development of nearly 1,000 residential lots, as well as participating in a plan to design and fund transportation infrastructure essential to the region's current and anticipated expansion.
